If you decide to give us your personal information (all details enabling you to be identified), you can be sure that this information will only be used for interactions between MELALEUCA and you, as its customer. This Privacy Policy covers the information Melaleuca collects, your right to make personal information requests, the right to have personal information deleted, Melaleuca’s commitment not to sell your data, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the aforementioned rights.

Awareness

MELALEUCA provides this Privacy Policy to make you aware of practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at the bottom of every page on our website.

What we collect. Upon logging onto our Web server, our Web server automatically recognizes your domain name (where possible) but not your e-mail address. In all such cases, we shall make every effort to ensure that all our subcontractors guarantee the safety of your personal details.

All MELALEUCA entities and/or business partners, including those in the United States and/or any other countries, are governed by our privacy policies with respect to the use of this data and are bound by the appropriate confidentiality agreements. How long do we keep the data?
We shall keep your personal details as long as we need it to achieve the objectives referred to in the privacy policy. After that time, we shall delete your personal information permanently and we shall not use it anymore.

CCPA

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, California Civil Code Sections 1798.100 et seq. (CCPA), may additionally afford rights to our users and customers who are California residents. For example, California residents may have a right, following a verifiable request, to (1) access—twice in a 12-month period, free of charge—for the 12-month period prior to the request, the categories and specific pieces of personal information Melaleuca has collected about the user, the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected, the business purpose for collecting the personal information, and the categories of third parties with whom Melaleuca shares personal information; and (2) delete personal information under certain circumstances.
